Resident responses exceed standard 2% market response rate (100 responses), based on population of 5,012.   Committee consensus recommends closing resident survey due to adequate responses.
    2. More visitor responses are desired.  Target goal is 36.  Berg will send updated news release to Evansville Review and Thrive newsletter, encouraging visitor participation.  City and Chamber web sites will be asked to pull down resident survey and emphasize visitor survey.

A town of population of 5000 plus and they think getting a 100 surveys is enough from its residents? Are they kidding? It's clear they do not really want to hear from the residents. What are they afraid of?
