1. According to MTI, there would be significant additional impacts on teacher working conditions. For example, hours of the school day and days of the school year would be unilaterally set by school boards. Termination could be for any cause, without recourse, according to information sent to union members today.
Just like my job in the private sector. OH NO!

On behalf of our 25,000 students and 6,000 staff members.
That is a ratio of 4.16 students per staff member. That is absolutely outrageous.
