What is going to pay for these 'additional historic districts?" Typical Evansville spend, spend, spend. They should put out the money to make things look nice, but have no idea how to bring any money into this town.
ReplyDeletePutting a bunch of business office's in the down town and throwing tif money at them, is not improving the town or bringing any real business in.
