I HOPE it is to revisit the misguided decision to spend non-grant money on the turbine, at a time when everyone else has to make budget cuts, and when it has little hope of EVER producing electricity. And, I also HOPE that the administrator salary is not going to be increased AGAIN, while Dept. Heads were the only employees in the City to NOT get a raise.
why should anyone get a raise? how can they give any raises when they cut jobs? I would also like to advise city workers ( the ones who drive around in the trucks all day.) That even they have to follow the laws, and stop for citizens in the cross walks.
