I wonder how the people who were laid off feel? If he was willing not to take the raise, they should have let it go considering the financial situation of the city.
ReplyDeleteWell done, Mason--Hell, you now qualify for federal office! You misrepresent the truth about Dan's lack of any raises, cite a fortuitous "clerical error" and convince the Finance Committee to recommend one for him now, during these times where everyone is hurting. And Council--with the exception of Barb--agrees. Thanks, Barb, for pointing out something that everyone else but your Council colleagues seems to know. Shame on all of you who voted for this.
