It sounds as if this was a failure in the interview team rather than a defciency in either of the candidates.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds as if their ground rules demanded unanimity and they just couldn't get past 2-1.
I doubt this situation has occurred too many times in the past. I say a nice official coin toss, that is one way break the tension, or create some more.
