Why not send this back to S.O.L.E. To raise the the money. They! had at least several years to raise money. How much did they raise maybe 4 thosand dollars. So in 20 years when it has to be done again at the tune of 4 mil. we will be doing the same. The lake will not draw money to the city. We don't want people to come here and spend money. We just want the mill pond.
