I am sorry this is no way anything like a road,or having water or electricity. It is not part of the infrastructure, by any stretch. I am glad to see the complete numbers for this project, not just what they are putting in the referendum. Because if it passes we will pay for it one way or another, no matter how they spin it. It is very expensive. Evansville's taxes are high already.
