These are cool! Too bad WPPI doesn't put these up in the Town of Union instead of 400' giant turbines that are known to cause people problems. I would love to have one of these. Maybe the high school can have one too instead of their wind turbine that never spins. According to the manufacturer's website, the cost for one of these ranges $7,000 - $15,000.
IF there was enough wind, (which there might be with something this size), then why not give the tax incentives to the individuals? For example, with the money the federal government gives the foreign-owned Eco Energy for just ONE of their turbines, over 300 people could get one of these!
