It seems to me that the taxpayer should "annie-up" and pay whatever it takes to get all day kindergarten, especially for the 4 year old program. Day care is too expensive for the families with young children, especially with parents having to work, and more especially if the only parent has to work. It is tiime to have day care paid for in this country, as it is in European countries, and more humane for families.
