In preparation for the Planning Commission meeting tonight, click on the post for the Smart Growth Plan Housing section.
On page 35-36 one of the areas needed for improvement as identified by the Smart Growth Plan was the necessity for higher priced homes. This was needed so that the revenue stream created could support school growth and municipal expenses that come with added housing development.
The issue of minimum house size will be on the table at tonight's Planning Commission meeting.
