The answer to these questions seems to be: it depends on which paper you read. Some say it will be a warm winter. Others say the price of oil will rise over $100, but then others say if could plunge to $50 due to weak economics.
I just the love the "Both sides now" reporting. So. Which would you like? You make the call.
