Of course when watching the video you can't help but notice all the vehicles driving on the refurbished street. It actually looks great. If the only complaint is that they have not gotten the permanent signs up yet and there is a box of garebage for clean-up then I think it is a job well done. Also I remember hearing it would not be done before November. Now it is either substantially done or it will be done (as Howell wants it)in November.

Its like one huge rumble strip. I am waiting for all the business's to flock into the down town area because of this road.
