This morning the 6th St. Pond was very full and the Porter pond was virtually empty. Just a trickle was coming over the notch. I saw a comment that natural springs come up over by the porter pond? (I don't recall if that was on the observer or over at chasin?). I don't think this is accurate. It doesn't have much water after a heavy rain event and emptys the small amount of water it does have rather quickly.
ReplyDeleteAt this point I am aware of more homes on 6th st. that are taking in water than ones that are not.
