It makes me nervous when school Evansville included go out of their way to have meeting at odd times of day, and to post no or very little notice to the public. What are they trying to hide? I only say hide, because when you don't give enough notice or have meetings at 7am on a weekday when most people can not attend , one would think you are trying to hide something.
