Joe Soucheray: Birdbrains Prevail in St. Paul?

One of the classic writers of the St. Paul Pioneer Press is Joe Soucheray. "Souch" as he is called, grew up as a neighbor of mine----well, kind of. I swam at the East Shore Dock Association which was next to his folks lakefront home on White Bear Lake. As a young writer, and son of a Minnesota Twins executive, one day he met Howard Cosell at a Twins game....and they became friends. Howard brought a little light to Joes writing talent, and the rest is history.

Click on the post for the recent analysis of Joe on the current state of St. Paul bird lovers.
