ReplyDeleteThanks for reminding me of the grants. I may have asked about Hwy M at Planning as I recall, but at that time it was unclear what all would be required. The event had the feeling of all the planets aligned as it were. All the parties, including the political parties worked together to make this happen. Congrats to all.
