i've always thought it would be a smart way to save money, yet, school would have to start earlier, not later in the day for work related reasons of high school students.
What ever would the school do with a longer day? Because according to them giving a child two hours of intruction a day qualify's as a free education, and thats all they need. I am speaking about a disabled child they have moved to only having two hours of instruction a day. When every one else goes 8? Something does not seem right with that.
