Call the meeting to order @ 6:00 PM.

Roll Call: Ald. Hammann (Chair), Ald. Wyse, Gwen Walker & Gil Skinner. Staff: Tim Schwecke, City Planner. Absent: Sharel Surles and Mr. Matt Brown. Quorum attained.
Minutes of November meeting unanimously approved on a Hammann-Walker motion.

Review of Initial Draft Code

Continued discussion of Draft #1 starting with Evansville Traditional Neighborhood Development district draft code: section 6. Blocks. On section 7: Circulation Requirements added speed bumps to 7c. Reviewed section 8: Parking Requirements. On section 9: Other Requirements discussed streetlights designs, requiring utility access to the alley and requiring all existing historic properties to Historic preservation committee. Wrapped by draft code by reviewing sections 10 & 11.

The city planner handed out an introduction into architecture design standards of residential homes. Discussed a points system for specific design features.
