I share Fugo's concern (though personally knowing that my tax dollars went to the cause of costing the Kansas Wacko Church some of their tithe money would feel good) -- Constitutionality is the key issue. Same issue as the "right" of the KKK to march through Skokie.
ReplyDeleteAt the same time, if done properly, the Bill might pass muster as there is also a right to privacy that the Kansas Wackos have grown fond of violating. The fact that the Legislature is actually able to pass something without a party line split is a victory in of itself!
What kind of sick people protest at someone's funeral.???? People who don't have common sense, should not be worried about their right to free speech. The reason they were protesting is just plan ignorant. Sick people.
