"Elvis" has left the house

Fred Juergens has emailed from Mexico and advised The Observer that he has found a comfy internet cafe and an exercise studio for daytime activity and has located a handy tex-mex place to listen to live music in the evening.

I wanted to reassure all that Fred is doing nicely thank you. I know we are jealous here dealing in dollars when he is dealing in pesos.

The Observer will do his very best to keep you posted on Fred's activities, but even The Observer, yes, even I, am on a need to know basis. I am naturally crushed.
