"Appliance Fees" Create Furor in St. Paul Schools; Or, One alternative to removing all appliances

All across America, schools have been forcing teachers to remove appliances such as coffee pots, refrigerators and microwaves from the classroom. Now St. Paul schools have an alternative----a fee paid by teachers for a sticker to be placed on the appliance to allow it to be used.
