EPA dragging its feet on gasoline waiver for Wisconsin

The Janesville Gazette is reporting that the EPA has been dragging its feet in approving the gasoline waiver to remove the required formulations that increase the cost of gasoline in Wisconsin. This may be causing a delay in the price of gas going down.

I did have the pleasure of driving in Minnesota over the holiday, and in northern Minnesota, the price is 2.79 per gallon. It seems that Canada is the major source for Minnesota. As soon as you cross the border, the price goes up.
