Here on the prairie, vast and wide, I feel the strength
You both have good points, however...when was the last time you saw anyone really use WP? In the months of October November Dec Jan Feb March and most of April it is virtually a vacant. The Dog Park will be privately funded! Also if it did become a dog park you could still use if even if you don't have a dog to take to the park. The city needs a place to be able to excercise they're pets with having to go to Stoughton. Which is another point I see a lot of people in that park walking, meditating , fishing with out dogs.

We can use a doggy park, but not the Wind Prairie----such a beautiful meditational spot.
