Monroe is def. in a tough spot, but like Evansville they did some of it to them selves, and good luck getting tax payers to foot the bill in a ref. I read that Monroe bought land for a parking lot???? Come on, not needed when money is so tight. The districts poor choices has hurt the kids, and that applys for Evansville as well. Evansville School Administration better not have any thoughts of a ref. here any time soon, I think they know it won't go.
